A Los Angeles judge determined transcripts and documents in the murder of Nipsey Hussle will be sealed as of now.
Superior Court Judge Robert J. Perry said they will be sealed for about another three weeks.
That allows defendant Eric Holder’s lawyer a few more weeks to come up with a solid argument as to why those important documents should remain a secret.
Holder’s lawyer, Lowynn Young recently argued that the documents can create some unfairness in his trial if they are released.
