Listen on Your Smartphone:

iHeartRadio is a free download from iOS App Store and can be downloaded here. You can find a list of all iHeartRadio apps here.You can find iHeartRadio on iOS App Store by searching for iHeartRadio, selecting iHeartRadio from the search results and clicking or tapping Install.

Android

iHeartRadio is a free download from Google Play and can be downloaded here. You can find a list of all iHeartRadio apps here. You can find iHeartRadio on Google Play by searching for iHeartRadio, selecting iHeartRadio from the search results and clicking or tapping Install.

Adding iHeartRadio via Apple CarPlay

-Connect your iPhone to your car's display via mini lightning cable.

-Once your car display's screen switches to the Apple CarPlay, you will be able to access the music tab at the bottom.

-The screen will display all available music apps currently on your phone. Scroll down until you find iHeartRadio and press it.

-iHeartRadio will launch and you will have all the features from the mobile app on your car display.

Adding iHeartRadio via Android Auto – iHeartRadio Help

In order to set up iHeartRadio on your car via Android Auto, please follow the steps below. Please note that you may need to download the Android Auto app from the Google Play Store.

-Connect your Android device to your car's display via mini USB cable.

-Once your car display's screen switches to the Android Auto, you will be able to access the music tab at the bottom.

-The screen will display all available music apps currently on your phone. Scroll down until you find iHeartRadio and press it.

-iHeartRadio will launch and you will have all the features from the mobile app on your car display.

About iHeartAuto for Android

Simply pair your iPhone with your car stereo's Bluetooth Audio source. No Bluetooth? Plug in an Auxiliary Jack (AUX) or connect to an Android Car Dock to get started! iHeartAuto's simplified user experience will display once it detects a connection.

About iHeartAuto for Iphone

Simply pair your iPhone with your car stereo's Bluetooth Audio source. You can also plug in an Auxiliary Jack (AUX) or USB cable to get started! iHeartAuto's simplified user experience will display once it detects a connection.

Using Pioneer App Radio with iHeartAuto

Android

To use iHeartAuto on your Android smartphone with your Pioneer AppRadio car stereo, turn on Bluetooth and pair your smartphone with your Pioneer AppRadio stereo. Once paired, attach the compatible HDMI or MHL wire to your smartphone device. Depending on the type of Android smartphone you have, you may need either an HDMI or MHL connector. 1) Launch the iHeartAuto app on your Android device. If you're using the iHeartAuto app for the first time, please log in or sign up to create a new account. When you complete the sign up / log in process, iHeartAuto will prompt you to connect your smartphone to your Pioneer AppRadio stereo:

2) Once your smartphone is successfully connected to the AppRadio stereo, the lock screen will display with the Pioneer logo:

3) At this time you can select the iHeartAuto app from the “Apps” menu on your stereo. If the iHeartAuto application cannot be found, please read Pioneer's Common Questions for troubleshooting tips.

Iphone

To use iHeartAuto on your iPhone with your Pioneer AppRadio car stereo, use the Lightening USB cable that comes with your smartphone to connect to the AppRadio stereo. For the latest information, please visit Pioneer's Compatible Deviceslist.
