You know how different items from Tupac Shakur's past have been on the auction block lately?
Welp, the estate of Afeni Shakur, Tupac's mother who passed away a couple years back, is suing Moments In Time, the site that is now offering items such as Tupac's passport, license, and handwritten "Dear Mama" lyrics for sale, all without Tupac and Afeni's estate's permission, according to them.
According to HipHopDx, Howard King is representing Afeni's estate in court. Moments In Time and two others who "owned" the property before giving rights to the site without permission are listed as defendants in the case.
