What would you do in this situation?

A Louisiana woman has been arrested for refusing to give back $1.2 million dollars that were accidentally deposited into her bank account.

According to WVUE TV, Kelyn Spadoni was arrested on charges of theft valued over $25,000, bank fraud and illegal transmission of monetary funds. The reports state that Spadoni moved the funds to another account and used that money to buy a new car and a house.

Soon after the transition happened, authorities realized it was error caused by a financial services corporation, where they deposited more than $1.2 million into her account.

Although the money was put into her account, "it's not her money," Caption Jason Rivarde said.

"She has no legal claim to that money," he added. "Even if it was put in there by mistake. It was an accounting error."

Spadoni is now being held on a $50,000 bond.
