Since his unfortunate passing, fans all around are sharing stories about DMX. One fan by the name of Sheila took to social media to share a special moment she had with the Hip-Hop icon. She shared her experience meeting X on Twitter.
In a series of tweets, Sheila opened up about the time DMX encouraged her to forgive her father, who suffered from addiction.
She tweeted, “We met in 2017 after I heard him from my room in the hallway of my hotel. It was all divine intervention. I ran to the hallway and met him. We spoke for 15 mins.”
Sheila continued to explain how DMX told her to forgive her father for what he couldn’t control. Sheila felt as if he was the perfect messenger because she grew up listening to his music because of her father.
