ESPN Postpones TV Broadcast Of 'Apex Legends' Due To Mass Shootings

ABC and ESPN have decided to postpone the television coverage for the 'Apex Legends' Tournament. The reason, according to messages sent out to ABC affiliates, states "Out of respect for the victims and all those impacted by the recent shootings, ABC will no longer air 'EXP Invitational APEX Legends at X Games'".

Apex Legends is a popular battle royale, last man standing, game where players use guns to eliminate other players.

The one-hour recap can still be seen on ESPN3 and the broadcast itself has been rescheduled to air numerous times in October on ESPN2.
