This really caught us all by surprise especially since Kanye is a fashion icon himself.
Shia Labeouf recently did an interview with Esquire Magazine and talked about he and Kanye West's friendship and mentioned how he inspired Kanye's sense of fashion.
After opening up about his childhood trauma, drug use, and therapy sessions, he later on stated that Kanye actually reached out to him to borrow clothes for one of his pop up shops in LA. Shia then allowed him to raid his closet and take whatever he liked.
"it just felt fair. So I’m like, ‘Go for it, my guy. Take everything you want.’ And he did. He took all my fucking clothes.” - Says Shia.
Shia witnessed Kanye being nice to his mother once before and felt like he owed it to the rapper to lend him clothes.
