Jay Electronica surprised fans with a Q and A on Instagram Stories.
In all of the questions that were asked, one stood out.
A fan asked, "You and HOV doing a project together?" Electronica replied, "Possible, likely." When someone else asked if a project with Jay-Z was delayed, Electronica said, "Not at all. In fact, there is no delay."
