"All The Way Up" is going all the way to court.
Eric Elliott also known as Fly Havana is claiming that Fat Joe and French Montana stole the hit song "All The Way Up" from him.
Elliott filed a lawsuit saying he co-created the song and was never compensated properly.
Elliott claims that he complained to Fat Joe about it.
Joe met him at an iHOP and gave him $5,000 and promised more money to come. Elliott said he tried to confront French Montana outside of DJ Khaled's studio about more cash. Montana allegedly ignored him.
