After Monday's arrest of Tekashi 6ix9ine on federal racketeering charges, the details were vague.
Now, the 18-page indictment is out and we have more information.
6ix9ine is facing at least six counts of racketeering and firearms possession.
The biggest charge is firing a weapon while committing a crime. That has a minimum 25-year sentence and can go up to life in prison.
The indictment also identifies Tekashi as a member of Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. The gang has been accused of attempted murder and armed robbery.
