A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to resume accepting DACA renewals.
The judge rejected the administration's claim that the Obama-era program protecting immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children is unlawful.
He called Trump's decision to end it "arbitrary" and "capricious," and marks the third time a federal judge has come down against the administration's decision.
DACA allowed about 700,000 young immigrants who were brought to the United States without legal documents as children, to work and stay in the United States without fear of deportation.
