Well, it's another lawsuit for Cardi B and Offset. This time it's from The Mark Hotel. See all this came about after that guy got beatdown at The Mark Hotel and sued the rappers saying that their hired security beat him to a pulp. The Mark Hotel is shielding itself from a big payout in case the guy, Giovanni Arnold, wins and wants the court to hold Cardi and Offset responsible for damages that happened to Giovanni on their premises.
