I had no idea this was actually going to happen but yes Elon Musk is buying Twitter for $43.5 Million dollars!
After the news came out a few high profile people have decided to quit Twitter because they believe that Elon shouldn't own Twitter!
The first actress that we noticed that quit Twitter after the news is Jameela Jamil. You would know her from "The Good Place" but she's also an advocate for body positivity and feminism. She's also been a TV and Radio Host!
Shaun King also said he's logged off the social media for good after the purchase.
