The LAPD body camera footage of a shooting that killed 14-year-old Valentina Orellana-Peralta at a Burlington store in North Hollywood has been released.
The innocent teen was killed Thursday, December 23, 2021 when officers fired at 24-year-old Daniel Elena Lopez. One of the three bullets went through a wall and struck the girl as she was in a dressing room with her mother.
In the 35-minute video, you can see the suspect, walking in with a bike and a metal bike chain as he terrorized customers inside the store for close to two hours. You see Elena Lopez beating, hitting and attacking several people.
A Justice For Valentina campaign, as well as a GoFundMe account, has been created on behalf of the victim's family.
