Nipsey Hussle’s Estate Settles With Crips Co. Over "Marathon" Trademark

The feud between the estate of Nipsey Hussle and Crips Co. over the "Marathon" trademark has ended.

According to Nipsey's brother Samiel Asghedom, the two sides have come to a settlement in the lawsuit over the trademark.

Back in October, Nipsey's estate sued the gang's corporation over Nip's "The Marathon Continues" slogan claiming Crips Co. filed for a trademark two months after Nip was gunned down outside his Marathon Clothing Store.

The final terms of the settlement are being worked out and should be wrapped up soon. More on the story from TMZ here.
