Here Are The Rules For The Updated "Safer at Home Order" For LA County.

4th Annual Women's March LA: Women Rising

Yesterday the Mayor of LA gave an update on the new "Safer at Home Order" and there are a lot of new rules!

Non-exempt businesses in the city have been ordered to cease operations that require in-person attendance of staff

Those experiencing homelessness are exempt from the requirement to stay inside.

All public and private gatherings with people from more than one household are prohibited, except for outdoor faith-based services and protests.

Failure to comply with the new health order will constitute a misdemeanor subject to fines and imprisonment.

There seems to have been some confusion about the rules. There were some rules from the very first "safer at home order" that hadn't been adjusted!
