Tyson Foods' Manager Allegedly Had a Betting Pool On Who Would Catch Covid.

Well there's one way to get into trouble!!

According to reports a manager at Tyson Foods' was hosting a betting pool on which employees would catch Covid-19.

A son of one of the employees has filed a lawsuit against Tyson claiming that the facility did not take proper precautions and because of that his father passed away from Covid-19 in April.

Also in the lawsuit came out the information that the manager at the planet put together a betting pool for supervisors and managers to bet how many people from the company would test positive for the virus.

Tyson is being sued for fraudulent misrepresentations, gross negligence and wanton disregard for worker safety.

However Tyson denies the claims and released this statement.

"We're saddened by the loss of any Tyson team member and sympathize with their families. Our top priority is the health and safety of our workers and we've implemented a host of protective measures at Waterloo and our other facilities that meet or exceed CDC and OSHA guidance for preventing Covid-19."
