Rihanna, Nicki Minaj And Others Speak Up About #EndSARS Protests In Nigeria

In difficult times where so many things are going on in the world, we must come together and support one another. Today, Nigeria needs us!

Nigerian citizens have united to protest police brutality in their country. However, their peaceful protests have gone tragically violent as police have killed Nigerian protesters.

According to BCC, the youth of Nigeria has been taking initiative sharing their disapproval and anger towards the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) police unit, which has resulted in lotting, kidnappings, and harassment.

Since the breaking news of the protests in Nigeria, celebrities like Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Karrueche have taken to social media to express their solidarity.

“I can’t bare to see this torture and brutalization that is continuing to affect nations across our planet!” RiRi wrote on Twitter. “It’s such a betrayal to the citizens, the very people put in place to protect are the ones we are most afraid of being murdered by!”

“My heart is broken for Nigeria man!! It is unbearable to watch! I’m so proud of your strength and not letting up on the fight for what’s right! #ENDSARS.," Rihanna added.
