A lawyer representing the Kenosha officer who shot Jacob Blake is speaking out.
The officer thought Blake was kidnapping his child and when Blake turned toward him with a knife he shot him 7 times until he determined Blake was, no longer posing an imminent threat.
The officer, through his attorney, said when he arrived on the scene on August 23rd he heard a woman say, he's got my kid!
He's got my keys.
The officer then saw Blake putting a child in the SUV.
His lawyer said, had the officer not acted the question from everyone would have been, why didn't you do something?
