This sounds like a huge clean up but also yummy at the same time! So a small town in Switzerland has a nearby Cocoa factory and apparently there was a malfunction that ended up with the town being covered in cocoa powder. Almost like it had snowed in cocoa powder!
There was a an issue with the ventilation system, it malfunctioned and released cocoa nib powder into the air!
Sounds like something that would happen at Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory!
