In the middle of the pandemic, your mind could start racing and panic moments are possible.

The CDC says deep breathing can help your emotional health right now.

A story in the Los Angeles Times suggested the best ways to take your deep breaths.

Breathe through your nose, not your mouth.

Get the deep breaths from the stomach and not the chest.

Lay on your back with knees bent or sitting up with legs straight or crossed.

Keep your spine straight as well.

To help you relax, turn on a travel or nature video from YouTube while you breathe.

The sounds and visuals can help you focus and calm down.
