Lori Harvey Charged in Hit and Run Case Resulting in G-Wagon Flipping

As Lori Harvey was enjoying her birthday with a Jamaican vacation with Future the L.A. County District Attorney's Office was charging Steve Harvey’s daughter with resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer, and one count of hit and run. Both charges are misdemeanors, however, Lori is scheduled to be arraigned later this month.

According to TMZ, Lori crashed into a Prius then left the scene of the accident. Cops found her walking down the street a short distance away after her G-wagon had flipped on its side. Witnesses told cops she was texting and driving prior to the accident. What do you think Lori’s punishment will be?
