I've been a fan of Dumbfoundead since his rap battles against Dizaster and Tantrum. Between his music, YouTube series, and currently his podcast Fun with Dumb, he's become an icon for creatives, especially in the Asian community. That being said, I got the opportunity to speak with Dummie at 88Rising's Head in the Clouds festival last weekend to talk about his role in Awkwafina's upcoming Comedy Central show, a personal TV series he's been working on, and his affiliation with the label.
