Jussie Smollett Could Face Up To 64 Years In Prison

The grand jury has indicted Jussie Smollett on 16 felony charges related to the alleged hate attack from an 29.

Each of the 16 charges carries with it a possible sentence of probation to four years in prison.

This means he could face up to 64 years in prison if found guilty.

According to experts, they predict that Smollet will probably strike a plea deal to avoid jail time.

In my personal opinion, 64 years seems like it's way too long for him to be in jail for this and I hope he does strike a plea deal.
