On his Pusha-T diss record “Duppy Freestyle,” Drake alluded that he’s done things for Kanye West he “thought that he never would need,” and it’s now appearing one of those things is helping write a hook for Kanye on his new ye album.

According to Hot 97’s Ebro Darden and Peter Rosenberg, Drake wrote the hook on “Yikes,” the second track off Kanye’s new album. “It’s now a confirmed thing that Drake wrote the hook for ‘Yikes,’” explained Rosenberg. “It may be the best melody on the album when you go listen to it. You’ll hear it now and go, ‘Oh, that does sound really good, I get that.’”

Rosenberg also pointed out that Drake was never credited on the production credits of the album. “They didn’t credit him, they said they like forgot. They left him off, he doesn’t have a writing credit, interesting timing to forget the writing credit.”
