A white 25-year-old South Carolina male has been arrested. He is accused of trying to have his black neighbor murdered.
Brandon Cory Lecroy was arrested in April after contacting a white supremacist group and then making a deal with an undercover FBI agent to carry out his plan.
On Tuesday, a grand jury indicted Lecroy on federal charges of soliciting someone to commit a violent crime, and using interstate commerce facilities -- in this case, a cellphone -- in the alleged scheme.
