Tekashi69 has received a trial date after pleading not guilty for his federal racketeering case.
According to TMZ, He has been behind bars since November 18th and the judge set the trial date for September 4th. 6ix9ine will either remain behind bars for most of if not all of that time period.
Tekashi was also denied bail when his attorney, Lance Lazzaro offered to pay $750k, surrender his passport and remain on house arrest.
According to his indictment, Tekashi and his crew conspired to commit a slew of crimes, including drug deals, armed robberies and shootings.
