Meek Mill has proven that's it's not even that difficult. The Philly emcee's Twitter account posted out the details for Meek's annual A Dreamchaser's Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway on Tuesday (November 21).
It all goes down this Wednesday in his hometown.
TMZ's Meek sources say that members of his team will be distributing turkeys to families in need at all 4 of the locations listed above.
