I can't remember the last time LA has gotten this much rain but as we keep saying "We need it!" However one thing we didn't need was a tornado! WHAT?!
Yup, it happened yesterday in Montebello. According to reports an EF1 touched down for 2-3 minutes.
According to KTLA "Officials later determined the tornado was an EF1 on the Enhanced Fujita scale with peak winds of 110 miles per hour. It was approximately 50 yards wide and covered four-tenths of a mile."
17 buildings were damaged and 11 of those were red tagged.
