So many people love working from home but bosses don't always love it because you can't really gage how much your employees are working!

According to reports a woman from Canada has been ordered to repay her employer because she committed "Time Theft"

The company used a software that tracks their employers work and then they have to log the hours they work and they found that she was logging time when she wasn't working.

She claims that she was working but she would print out the sheets she was working on and thats why it wasn't tracked by the computer - but the software also tracks the printer and they found that the use of the printer was too small for that to be true.

Now she has to pay back the employer $2,700!
