A Florida man has been charged with leaving dead animals on three separate occasions at a memorial for the victims of the Parkland school massacre.

According to ABC News, 29-year-old, Robert Mondragon is being held without bail on three felony charges of defacing a monument for violating probation on an earlier conviction for battery and indecent exposure.

Several of those events happened on July 20, July 31 and August 5. He was then arrested earlier this month.
