Amber Heard's legal team has rested their defense case in her defamation trial with ex-husband Johnny Depp, who's suing Heard for $50 million for implying that he abused her in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed.
Rebuttal witnesses for Depp testified on Tuesday to counter the testimony of expert witnesses called by Heard's team to address her alleged loss of earnings and Depp's mental health. The jury also heard a different telling of the 2013 Hicksville Trailer Palace incident, and a former friend of Heard's sister said thought it was "something very wrong" to support the claims against Depp.
Supermodel Kate Moss, Depp's ex, testified today about her relationship with the actor and gave her side of a story Heard told during testimony earlier in the trial.
Closing arguments in the case are scheduled for Friday.
