You have probably noticed higher prices at the grocery store, but experts are saying that these could be the highest costs have ever gotten.

According to the  Food and Agriculture Policy Research Institute at the University of Missouri, 2022's cost of food prices will be higher by 5% compared to last year.

This would make it the largest increase in price in 14 years.

So, what foods specifically are impacted?

"We have seen much larger increases year over year for meats, for fats and oils, and for fresh fruits than you did for most other products," said Pat Westhoff, the research group's director.
