A young Texas mother found a tracking device on her car two weeks ago and posted a video to her Instagram page showing what she found.
Police say there was another tracker on the car of Abigail Saldana, and her mother says her daughter knew she was being stalked and had even managed to take pictures of a car she believed was following her.
Saldana’s mother says she has no idea who Szeliga is or where she was going the night she was shot.
