Big Boy is The Voice of LA and the host of Big Boy’s Neighborhood, mornings on Real 92.3 in Los Angeles and has been working at iHeart Radio for 27 years! Big Boy is married with two beautiful children who end up on the radio from time to time to keep Dad on his toes. He has dominated the ratings in all of the timeslots he has occupied ever since he first started his career in radio, from nights, afternoons and mornings.
His radio show and brand Big Boy’s Neighborhood have continued to grow and is now airing in nationwide syndication on Premiere Radio Network and daily on FUSE television. The #1 rated morning show has led the industry to recognize Big Boy by naming him Personality of the Year four times from the Radio Music Awards and the same honor eight times from Radio and Records Media. The National Association of Broadcasters has also recognized Big Boy’s exceptional talent with the Marconi Award, a very rare three times and Big Boy is also an inductee to the Radio Hall of Fame.
Big Boy has made numerous cameos in movies such as Adam Sandler’s The Longest Yard, Charlie’s Angels 2, and he co-starred in Deuce Bigelow: Male Gigolo. Big Boy has been featured on many television shows including a recurring role on CBS’s The Talk, Keeping Up With The Kardashians and HBO’s Entourage. He also debuted his own radio station in the wildly successful Grand Theft Auto video game as well as his YouTube channel, BigBoyTV with over 100 million views. Big’s personal biography,“An XL Life: Staying Big at Half the Size” is available nationwide and speaks to the difficulties associated with his dramatic weight loss surgery.
Big Boy's hustle doesn't stop! He is starting a new show called After Hours with Big Boy that will feature celebrity guests in the hot seat on October 7. It is a new platform called Looped In where fans can join live for an interactive experience. Big Boy is also releasing a new series called Off Air with Big Boy where he has intimate interviews with Kevin Hart, George Lopez, Snoop Dog, Tiffany Haddish and it includes a segment called flowers where he honors the celebrities for the work that they've done. Lastly, Big Boy is launching his live comedy tour nationwide called Big Boy's Funny Mofos where Big Boy performs stand up comedy and introduces new talent, celebrity comedians and the hottest music artists
