Should all schools pay parents to drive their kids?

A Delaware school is paying parents up to $700 to drive their kids to and from school.

EastSide Charter School in Wilmington says it can't hire enough bus drivers - so it's using money from the transportation budget to pay parents instead.

So far, parents of nearly a third of the student body have signed up for the program.
