The other day a random rumor popped up that former co-stars Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer were dating. See during the "FRIENDS" reunion it came out that Jennifer and David had crushes on each other while filming but the cast decided it would be best that non of them would date the other so they hid their feelings.
So the new rumor is that the two decided to go back to old feelings and try dating. HOWEVERRRR the rumor got around so fast that David's reps decided to put out a statement about the rumor. They said “there are no truths to the rumors of a romance.”
The reason David probably put out a statement is probably because he's dating someone else.
