The Los Angeles Lakers have a new Assistant Head Coach after Jason Kidd took the position as Head Coach of the Dallas Mavericks. His name is David Fizdale and he's been coaching for a lot of years even tho he looks very young, he spent 13 years with several teams, Golden State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat. Fizdale became Head Coach in 2016 with the Grizzlies then moved on to the New York Knicks in 2019. He was fired from the Knicks but the real point is that he worked with Lebron back when he was in Miami so this could of been a influential pick. I'm pretty sure Lebron James had a say in the Assistant Head Coach hiring process.
