We learn so much from TikTok - and now apparently Lettuce can help you fall asleep if you have sleeping issues!

The hack says to put some lettuce in a mug, add hot water, let it steep for ten minutes, take out the lettuce then drink it. Apparently it will help you fall asleep very fast. Check out the TikTok below.
