Okkkkkk Batman, I see you!!! In the animated series "Harley Quinn" which was created by Justin Harlpen revealed that he tried to push the envelope in the series and tried to include a scene where Batman was going down on Catwoman. But DC jumped in and said NOPE!!! They said heroes don't do that, and how are they supposed to sell Batman toys if the hero's performing oral sex?
Justin Harlpen said there is a lot more freedom when it comes to villains but heroes have a LOT of rules of what they can and can't do.
