With summer fast approaching, people are making their way to the beaches and this group of women in Florida got an opportunity of a lifetime.
According to ABC 7, Lacey Faciane, Casie Thompson and Qyuston Eubanks were enjoying a nice swim on a boat when they were surprised by a group of hammerhead sharks.
"One boater would yell shark and then the next group would yell shark, and that's just kind of how it was. And so by the time they got to us, they were right up on us," said Faciane.
Then Faciane said the 7 hammerhead sharks started circulating them and that they all had different reactions to the sharks.
Eubanks recalls saying: "I was like 'Lord protect us! If it's time for us to go, it's time for us to go. Just protect us." As for Faciane, she says she was amazed by the experience.
Safe to the say, the women have an amazing story to tell for years to come.
