How scary! A 6 year old boy left his bicycle in front of his neighbors house, when he went to get it the neighbor threatened the boy with a sledgehammer after the boy rode his bike in his yard. Then according to reports the neighbor went inside his house and came out with a gun and shot the 6 year old.
Thankfully the kid survived and will be ok but that's horrible. And now the man has been released on 10k bond.
"He tried hitting me with a sledgehammer but that's not going to work because I'm too fast. (Then he) got a gun and BOOM shot me right here," Colby later told Fox 2.
Doctors said that if the bullet was one inch in either direction he wouldn't have survived.
