Howard University Names One Of Its Colleges After Chadwick Boseman

It’s hard to believe Chadwick Boseman has been gone for almost a year. His unexpected death caught the world by surprise and now, fans all around the world continue to remember him. 

In fact, Howard University just announced that they will be naming one of its colleges of fine arts after the alum and beloved actor. Howard University’s President Wayne A.I. Frederick says “we are very excited. This is the right thing to do.” “Chadwick’s love for Howard University was sincere, and although he did not live to see those plans through to fruition, it is my honor to ensure his legacy lives on.”

The actor's good friend, Ava DuVernay also shared the exciting news on her social media account.

While Chadwick Boseman might not be here in the present time, his legacy will continue to rise.
