Former NFL player, Phillip Adams, has been reported to be the gunman who killed five people on Wednesday in South Carolina.
After the shooting, Adams then killed himself early Thursday, soon after midnight.
One of the victims was a prominent doctor who reportedly treated Adams. Adams' career in the NFL played defensive back for the San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons.
