Target is giving its frontline employees a little something extra for the New Year - a $500 bonus check.
The company says the bonus is a "thank you" for keeping things running during the pandemic. It's the fourth time the company has offered bonus payments since the pandemic began.
More than 375,000 workers will be eligible for the extra pay.
