While witness accounts of UFOs are usually random and unreliable, the sighting of an alleged alien spacecraft over Hawaii this week has been confirmed by countless witnesses, authorities say.
Oahu 9-1-1 operators say their switchboard began lighting up at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, as hundreds of people called to report seeing a glowing, oblong-shaped blue mass hovering over the island.
Video of the craft shows it finally disappear by dropping into the Pacific Ocean.
"I look up, and then I was like oh sh*t!" says a 38-year-old resident identified only as Moriah.
"I started calling my husband and them because they were all in the garage. I was like, 'Hey! Come look up there! See if you see what I see!' They all said, 'Yeah!'" FAA spokesperson Ian Gregor says the agency investigated a possible downed plane but found that no one had seen "aircraft disappear off radars."
He also says there were "no reports of overdue or missing aircraft."
What do you think that might have been?
