How crazy is this?

For the first time in U.S. history, a man has been arrested on a misdemeanor count of unsafe operation of an "unmanned aircraft," he could serve one year in federal prison.

A 22-year-old man from Hollywood took his drone out when he heard sirens the morning of Sep. 18.

A robbery was happening inside a pharmacy nearby, and he wanted to see what was happening, so he brought the drone out.

The drone was 400 feet in the sky when it crashed into the LAPD Helicopter.

The Helicopter pilot tried to avoid the drone, but it wasn't possible.

The drone hit the chopper's nose, antenna, and bottom. If it hit the main rotor, it would take the plane down.
