With Thanksgiving Day around the corner, Kodak Black is giving back to his community. Despite being behind bars, the "Tunnel Vision" rapper helped put together an event to give away 1,000 turkeys to families in need.
According to TMZ, Kodak spent around $15K to put on the event for families in his home state of Florida. People lined up from 11am-1pm to receive their free turkeys at the E. Pat Larkins Community Center.
Kodak Black's attorney, Bradford Cohen says the team members all took safety COVID-19 precautions to deliver the turkeys. He says the frozen turkeys were placed in recipients' trunks before they drove off without any physical interaction.
Talk about making the season of giving a little more joyful this time around.
