I guess this is one way to get Donald Trump's attention, not the safest. An unidentified man was hanging off the Trump Tower in Chicago for 13-hours.
He wanted to talk to Trump, and he threatened to cut the rope with the knife he had if anyone tried to stop him.
The man went on his Facebook live and streamed it.
