New Feature Warns You If Someone Is Spying On You Through Your Phone

Do you ever feel like you're always being watched?

You are, through your phone!

Technology can be scary, and we don't always know what we're holding in our hands or who could be inside the device listening to us.

Now with the new iOS 14 update, you have a little more control of your privacy.

If you see an orange dot pop up above the Wifi image on your phone after your update, you're being listened to.

An orange dot means an app uses your microphone on your phone, and the green dot indicates your camera is being used.

You can stop this by going into your Settings and Privacy to switch off any apps with access to microphones and cameras.
